November 2024 Astrology Forecast

Welcome to the November Astrology Forecast! 

We start the month off with a powerful new moon - and that power continues with us for the rest of the month! Explorations into power dynamics and breaths of much needed fresh air. Deep dives into the underworld and the profound revelations that emerge. Moments of tenderness, moments of empowerment. It’s a mixed bag, but hey, ain’t that what life is at the end of the day! It’s how we navigate those ever-shifting waters that matters (spoiler - that’s why I find astrology so helpful!). Here’s a look into some of the most noteworthy days of the month.

Saturday Nov 2 - Mercury enters Sagittarius 

Mercury leaves the depths and brings the knowledge gained there back into the light. In Sagittarius, Mercury looks to the mountain tops for guidance. Wants us to understand the why behind it all. Here we may find our philosopher's hat on. Our need to converse with other's who spark our imaginations. An ability to burst forth and say what needs to be said. Get curious, explore the topics that have been on your list, and broaden your perspective again by questioning it all. 

Sunday Nov 3 - Mars in Cancer opposite Pluto in Capricorn 

This is a combo we've been most likely been feeling building over the last week, and one that will continue to play out over the next six months due to Mars' upcoming retrograde (more on that to come!). This is a duo that demands attention. WIth the Lord of the Underworld coming to meet our Warrior, themes such as powerlessness and control come to the forefront. Agitation and restlessness sprinkle our days without us maybe knowing why. Mars wants us to take charge - Pluto reminds us just how much is out of our control. Coming right after the Scorpio new moon, these may be tender days. Going into the depths days. Empowering days. Days that require both our compassion and our perseverance. Our ability to feel it all without getting lost in it. If you're in it, remember your strength. Remember your immense capabilities. Remember that it's ok to not be ok sometimes. 

Mars enters Leo 

RIght after his meet up with Pluto, Mars enters Leo and is ready to shake off the old. Although Mars will return to Cancer in January (while retrograde), we get a couple months of Mars wanting to burst forth and be seen. If we've been feeling insular, we may start to feel a new energy. A little bit more playfulness, a reminder to not take life as seriously sometimes. Here our desires and willpower shift towards what lights us up - and just how nourishing, invigorating, empowering it is to lead from that place. This is a set up that wants you to throw some caution to the wind, let the hair down and act from the remembrance of just how incredibly, uniquely special you are to this world.

Saturday Nov 9 - Venus in Sagittarius squares Neptune in Pisces 

Daydreamers, fantasy lovers and escapists unite! Today's a day that has you either floating on the blissful mediteranean sea - or caught up in tidal waves of emotion. We might be feeling a little adrift, lost. We might not see our path as clearly, question our worth, trade it all in for a week's nap. We might feel confused in our relationships, inspired by our creativity, perfectly happy drifting into fantasy. Just remember to reel it back in, plant those feet on the earth, and allow that magic to permeate the beautiful world you're creating in this realm. 

Mon Nov 11 - Venus enters Capricorn

Venus enters Capricorn and reminds us of the pleasure of getting shit done. Of putting on our boss bitch pants and remembering that whatever's worth having takes time. Our commitment. Our devotion. But if it ain't aligned with our values, then what's the point? Here Venus wants us to remember that slow and steady is sexy too. That there are times when all that is needed is putting one foot in front of the other. As long as it's in the direction towards what you love. 

Friday Nov 15 - Taurus Full Moon - stay tuned for the moon musing! 

                         Saturn stations direct

Having been retrograde since June, Saturn starts moving forward again and maybe, just maybe, we feel a forward momentum again (or is that just me?! ;) ). We've reviewed, maybe come to some conclusions we didn't know we needed, and with the planet that reminds us of our own inner authority, we begin to implement the lessons, strategies or empathy needed to continue onwards. 

Saturday Nov 16 - Sun in Scorpio opposite Uranus in Taurus

It's the shakeup day! A day for the unexpected, the unexplained. Of sudden insights and profound revelations. Of restlessness and impatience of not being further 'ahead' on the journey; of wanting to break free from an outdated mold that is not true to who you are in this moment. It may bring things buried away to the surface, like the dormant seed that finally breaks through its shell. A day that might want us smashing down the building blocks only to rebuild afresh. It's a day to pay attention, to respond rather than react. To see where you've been hiding - and have the audacity to no longer give a fuck. 

Tuesday November 19 - Pluto enters Aquarius

Hellllooooooo new era! And this time for good. Having danced between Capricorn and Aquarius for the last year, Pluto finally lands in Aquarius where he will stay until 2046! As the slowest moving planetary body, Pluto transits are more generational than personal. It ushers in a new wave - and the underbelly - of what sign it enters. In Aquarius - the sign of the collective, the visionary, as well as technology - we've been getting a glimpse into this shift. The power and potential of A.I. - and its shadow side. The demand for 'power to the people' - and what has to collapse in order for that to happen. Let's see what has been hidden, disowned, and diminished for too long - and what is ready to finally be transformed. 

Thursday Nov 21 - Sun enters Sagittarius 

After our yearly zodiac stint in the underworld, the sun enters Sagittarius with a breath of fresh air and a need to make sense of all its endured. Here we make meaning of any suffering or hardships, we're reminded that it isn't for nothing. That in order to endure, to keep going, we need to remember what it's all for. What we're pointing our arrow towards. That life is simultaneously painful and pleasurable when we allow the space for both. And how that acceptance is our surest path to freedom. So expand your world and your dreams. Revel in the magic that it is to be alive - and have a little fun while doing it ;)
