February Astrology Forecast
Welcome to the February Astrology Forecast! A glimpse into the prevalent energies of this month.
We have all planets moving forward again (wahoo!) - bringing in a breath of fresh air and an energy of movement and forward momentum. There’s love in the air, passion in the veins, dreams flirting about; with some harsh reality checks, some ‘expect the unexpected’ moments and a bit of a reprieve before we dive head first into the powerful astrological happenings in March (more on that to come!). Feb 3 - Sun in Aquarius squares Uranus in Taurus
There can feel a tension point to today. A rigidness meets a desire to smash it all to pieces. Feeling set in our ways, in our relationships, in our thoughts - and the wondering if they are actually serving us anymore in this moment. We wonder if we have the space, the freedom, the support to be, to show, our true selves. There can feel an edginess that leaves us spinning a mile a minute, a restlessness that wants us to be where we see ourselves in the future - now. And there can be unexpected revelations and insights into who we actually are... what makes us uniquely tick, what gifts we share with others. So let your freak flag fly and know that any shakeups, any disruptions, is ultimately illuminating your deepest essence that wants to shine through.
Feb 4 - Venus in Pisces squares Mars in Gemini
There's a fire - a desire, a passion - to this day. Where the dreamy, sultry fantasies meet the will and desire to make them happen - whether that be with another or within our own beautiful, magical realms. There can feel a heat to wanting everything all at once. Where connecting with our desires acts as the fuel to take action on them. It's a day of tension - that can either leaving you oozing with pleasure or wanting to light the world around you on fire. You choose ;)

Feb 10 - Mercury conjunct Pluto in Capricorn
We go deep today. We leave the topside world to explore what lies underneath; what lies within our own depths. Conversations with others, with ourselves, ask us to explore the hidden realms we often overlook. Grief, rage, desire, power, loss... just some of the themes that may bubble to the surface. That leave the secret places we've kept locked open for a brief moment. That bring in the hard, intense conversations, messages, that we may rather avoid. And yet...it is in that space, only from that space, do we begin to transform. Do we begin to remember just how powerful we truly are.
Feb 11 - Mercury enters Aquarius
After a long stint in Capricorn, Mercury leaves the earthly realm to venture into the starry heavens of Aquarius. Here Mercury wants to know. To understand. To think about the systems in place - both within our own lives and those surrounding us. Here Mercury wants us to connect with other like-minded individuals; to bring play into our friendships, our communities, remembering how powerful it is to be seen and heard by those in your chosen tribe. It's a time to write the gazillion emails that have been piling up; to read that crazy out there quantum physics book; to stay up till dawn talking about the things that make you tick - and who cares if anyone’s listening ;)
Feb 15 - Venus conjunct Neptune in Pisces
A day dreams are made of. Of swimming in fantasies and losing oneself in our own dreams. A day of feeling otherwordly elated...or painstakingly confused. Adrift. Wondering where, who, how you ended up in this moment. It's a day to shower those you love with ALL the love - and being receptive to all the love that wants to pour back to you. A day to dream unabashedly, of knowing that dreams can come true; and of throwing caution to reality (which we get a reminder of the following day..). To remember the potency of our imagination in bringing those dreams to life.
Feb 16 - Sun conjunct Saturn in Aquarius
After the driftiness and dreaminess of yesterday, today we are brought back down to earth. To the here and now. The rose-coloured glasses have been taken off and we're left to see the reality in front of us. Our inner taskmaster comes a-knocking and asks us - are you sure this is possible? Are you really able to accomplish the hopes and dreams you envision in your future? The inner critic may want you doubting it; your capabilities, your path, yourself. But remember that anytime we graciously say "thank you, but I'm goooood for today" to that critic, it morphs into the greatest strength, the unwavering perseverance to keep walking our unique path. To keep doing us. Remembering that we are a motherfucking boss.
Feb 18 - Sun enters Pisces
The sun enters Pisces and we sink down..down...down...into what fills us up. The last sign before the zodiac wheel begins again, here we return to our essence. Our being. Our truest, deepest connection with the world - invisible and visible - around us. There is a deep desire to feel.. well, deeply. To merge and connect with those that make our heart swell. To drift into conversation with the trees and rivers. Here we throw logic to the wind and let our Soul be heard. To hear the whispers and dreams of our essence, wanting to emerge from the depths of ourselves.
It's a time to drift and dream and love and feel confused and elated and despondent and everything in between. It's a time where we remember our Oceanaic qualities - of being able to change from the dreamy, calm waters to the raging seas in a moment. Of making dreaming the number one item on your to-do list. Of remember that what doesn't get done, well, that's Aries' problem ;) For now, lead from the heart, from the Soul. Follow the flow that surrounds you, trusting, knowing, that you will land exactly where you are meant to be.

Venus enters Aries
Venus enters Aries and is ready to lead us towards what we want. Wants us to remember to stand up for what it is we value. Long for. Desire. Wants us to remember that we have the courage to walk our own path towards what it is we crave. Here Venus can feel a little more sensitive, tender. Less in her receptive realm, in Aries she reminds us to show ourselves unabashedly, to go after what we want; to say it, feel it, like it is and not give AF how it may be perceived. A time to revamp anything that has felt a little lacklustre, a time to remember just how unbelievably awesome you are and lead from that place.
Feb 21 - Mercury in Aquarius squares Uranus in Taurus
Today the messenger rubs up against the 'shock factor' agent in the sky to receive messages that may keep us on our toes; or bring us to our knees. It's a day of things, words, people appearing from nowhere, of conversations coming out of the blue that leave us wondering "wait...what?". It's a day where our nervous systems are our greatest ally or foe. Of paying attention to the messages - from others, from our introspection, from our nervous systems - and listening. Truly listening. Whether or not we may want to hear what's being said. Remembering that profound messages surround us each and every minute - if only we become present enough to hear them.
