Scorpio Full Moon 2025

I don't follow many astrologers on Instagram, but I saw a video about one going off on all the fear mongering that astrologers can add to - especially with a potent Scorpio Full Moon like we have today. 

I so appreciated it. 

While I have to check myself to make sure I don't add to it, it can be easy to fall into the shadow side of each sign. Especially with Scorpio it seems. 

Sure, Scorpio can bring with it intensity. It can bring with it the deep feels and buried regrets. With Uranus right beside this full moon, it can amplify and agitate any lurking feelings that are vying for our attention. 

So maybe unexpected shocks are reverberating in the air. Feelings rather left 'unfelt' might be the preference. You might be fully in it, at the mercy of the depth of your, or another's feelings. 

But this is also the full moon that the Buddha was said to have reached enlightenment while sitting under a Bodhi tree. 

Now that's more like what's possible with these energies! 

With such a potent full moon, maybe our own versions of enlightenment are possible. 

Maybe an old story telling us 'x, y, z' about ourselves finally disintegrates. Maybe the desire to go after what it is we truly want feels more possible. More potent.

Maybe we remember that our inherent power doesn't depend on what we do but rather how we value ourselves. How we treat others. 

A fertile full moon like this reminds me of that deep, dark, rich soil all gardeners swoon over. You know that life lives within. That the decomposition of what was is the only way to feed what's to come. 

So whether you're in the middle of decomposing something (and if you are, hold yourself with such compassion - it ain't easy, and you're doing amazing wherever you're at), or you're pausing in the rich, fertile soil of all you've already released, rumblings of new life beginning to peek through, you are a powerful alchemist whether you realize it or not. 

You are a magician creating life from what once was. That doesn't always mean easy, letting go rarely is, but you are capable of handling all that comes your way. I promise. 

Let this moon remind you of your inherent power - let it liberate you from what is no longer yours to carry. Let it set you free and return you Home to your self. Let it heal you in ways you didn't think possible.

Let it be your own personal Bodhi tree.
